Everything was fabulous!! Lots of great feedback from the employees, as always.
We ended up with one whole Salad (which we are going to put out today for lunch) and two pans of Ham. What I’ve done in the past when we’ve had meat is freeze it and then bring it back out on New Year’s Eve for a free lunch for anyone working that day.
Also, I’ll be sending a request for a dinner for my group for January. I have to get going on a date.
