Thanks for everything. Your quick response time during my inquiring/planning process was phenomenal. And, day of service, food was spectacular. I only heard great comments about the food. My favorite was the Summer Veggie Grille……that coming from someone who is not a huge fan of vegetables says a lot. The flavor was out of this world. I will be in touch again in the near future.

My apologies to you about the time you showed up to set up. My co-worker on the scene was told a different time. I was driving and could not check my records to see what time we agreed on. Memory isn’t as good as it used to be 25 years ago (as you can tell since I addressed you as “Mike” when I got there). LOL! You were certainly there when you were supposed to be (actually early). So, my apologies for that.

I just wanted to let you know that the catering you provided for our daughter’s wedding reception was phenomenal. Your Budget Buffets offering was a perfect a match for what we needed for a reception dinner. The food, presentation, service and price all exceeded our expectations. Our family is still talking about how good the food was. Thanks again for everything, and especially for your up-front and honest advice on the best approach to catering a DYI wedding reception that’s on a budget. Take care.

Everything was great! It turned out beautifully, the food was delicious, everyone loved it, people are still talking about it, so thank you very much!!
